Oh baby! These are amazing!

Both chili and chocolate are good for getting the blood going wink wink, so give these to your sweetheart (or make them for yourself -don’t even share)!

1 Cup raw Caco powder (more if you want to roll them in powder)
1 Cup Grade B Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Cayenne powder (please taste as you go adding more or less as desired)
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 virgin Coconut Oil melted
pinch pink Himalayan Salt

Place everything in food processor and blend until smooth scraping down the sides. Taste and adjust Cayenne as needed. Scoop out and place in freezer for 2 hours.

Take out and roll in extra chocolate powder, or chopped nuts, or coconut, or anything else that takes your fancy. Place back in freezer. Give em about an hour and then have at it! You can leave them in the freezer until you’re ready. They will melt rather quickly. They will still taste amazing just a bit soft. But then again licking those fingers are the best part…

You can make these with anything you want, take out the Cayenne and add in a little orange oil, or lemon zest, or coconut shreds, or crushed walnuts, dried gogi berries, cranberries… it could go on forever. Make the basic truffle and do a bunch of different ones for an amazing dessert spred!
