1 Portobello Mushroom or 7 to 10 Cremini Mushrooms
3 Leaves Kale, coarsely chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
A handful of broccoli or cauliflower – or whatever veggies you have!!! Even cherry tomatoes!
1 TBS Sesame Oil
1 tsp Spicy Sesame Oil (to taste)
Bragg Liquid Aminos all purpose seasoning

Sauté the onions and garlic in regular sesame oil and a little spicy sesame oil until fragrant.
Add mushrooms. Cook until soft (about 5 min)
Add kale. Cook until it turns BRIGHT green (about 1-2 min)
Toss everything in a bowl with approximately 1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos.
This satisfies a Chinese food craving healthfully, AND clears out the fridge!
