Here’s my kick off! I’m going to have a green juice/smoothie everyday during the 30 day Whole Foods Cleanse I need to hit the farmers market before I can start juicing but in the meantime I’ve got kale! (what health coach doesn’t lol?!)
1 frozen banana
1 Tbs almond butter
1 tsp chlorella (or 3 tabs in my case)
a big handful of ripped kale (3 leaves ish)
fill to your liking with coconut water
I don’t add ice to my smoothies. I know most people do. I just don’t like really cold things to drink so meh. Feel free to add ice to yours tho!
