These are so easy to make it’s ridiculous. If you’re a cracker fan and trying to skip all the junk and processing in your foods these will get you your fix! 

Play with the ingredients, try different things like red pepper flakes, onion, herbs, curry…

2 cups ground flax
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

This is your basic recipe, now go ahead and add 1/2 tsp garlic powder! This will really make the crackers killer.

Mix in bowl, start slowly with the water, I didn’t need a whole cup I ended up using about 2/3 of a cup. 

Spread on parchment paper on a tray, as thin or thick as you like your crackers! Keep an eye on them the cooking time will very with the thickness. Score these before you put them in the oven (cut lines to cracker size, this is where you’ll break them apart)

You can cook these two ways
1. 400 degrees for about 30 minutes
or
2. lowest temp with the oven door open a crack for many hours… I’m not sure how long but they will be “raw”. Just keep checking.
