These are incredibly easy to make. Seriously.

They can be vegan, they don’t have to be. All you have to do is chose vegan chocolate chips or not.

As many Clementines or Satsumas (a slightly larger clementine) as you want. I used 15 for this recipe. It took me an hour to dip and dress these, however I was making these for my Clean Dinners dessert so I wanted them to look as stunning as they taste. If you’re making these for yourself don’t be so OCD about it.

The almonds (protein) and hemp seeds (omega-3) were what I had on hand. I think this would be good with cashew or walnut, or an awesome twist with raw or toasted sesame seeds!

The Recipe:

Up to 15 Clementines/Satsumas

1 cup chocolate (I used a vegan chocolate but get a dark chocolate either way)

1/2 cup crushed almonds

1/2 raw hemp seeds

dip the sliced in the chocolate, sprinkle with the toppings, place on parchment paper then stick in fridge. It will take about 10 minutes to chill. You can leave them in there until you’re ready. Make a day ahead and dessert is done.
